Role Overview
The Marketing Intern will create compelling, sales-driven content that educates and excites customers about Catena’s nanotech cleaners and fertilizer products. Using AI tools (such as TikTok Symphony), UGC strategies, and strong video production skills, you will help amplify our brand and boost conversions across key digital channels.
Use AI-driven tools (like TikTok Symphony) to efficiently generate and adapt video content for different platforms and audiences.

Curate and manage UGC campaigns, encouraging real customers to share their experiences with Catena’s cleaning and agricultural products, building trust and authenticity.

Could you collaborate with the sales and product teams to align content with marketing campaigns, new product launches, and seasonal promotions?

Analyze content performance metrics and iterate creative strategies to maximize engagement and sales conversions.

Stay current with TikTok trends, UGC best practices, and emerging AI content tools to ensure Catena’s content remains innovative and effective.

Qualifications
Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.

Demonstrated experience in filming, video editing, and post-production for digital platforms (portfolio required).

Proficiency with TikTok and familiarity with AI-powered content creation tools (e.g., TikTok Symphony, CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar).

Understanding of UGC strategies and experience managing or sourcing creator content.

Strong storytelling skills with the ability to communicate technical product benefits, such as deep cleaning, antimicrobial protection, odor elimination, and improved crop yields, in an engaging and accessible way.

Analytical mindset; comfortable interpreting performance data and adapting strategies accordingly.

Self-starter with excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.

Two distinct positions are available: Chemical/Chemistry Intern and Electrical Engineering Intern.

Opportunity Overview
Interns will collaborate in a hands-on lab and prototyping environment, tackling real-world challenges in the development of novel nano-conductive ink formulations and device integration. Catena, LLC’s mission is to commercialize safe, scalable, and high-performance nanoelectronic materials for next-generation applications.
Collaboration & Learning
Interns will work directly with Catena’s R&D team and faculty mentors from local universities.

Conduct wet chemistry experiments using acids, binders, and stabilizers, validating ink stability, shelf-life, and printability.
Participate in scale-up processes, including filtration, purification, and bottling protocols relevant for commercial production.
Utilize advanced analytical techniques (SEM/TEM imaging, spectroscopy, and conductivity testing) to evaluate nanoparticle structure, dispersibility, and chemical compatibility.
Electrical Engineering Intern Responsibilities
Develop and test printed electronic prototypes (circuits, sensors, RFID, or flexible electronics) using Catena’s nano-conductive ink formulations.
Measure, model, and optimize electrical performance across varied substrates and environmental conditions.
Integrate inks with PCB and flexible circuit fabrication, and support automation or robotic placement technology projects.
Collaborate with chemists to align ink properties with device integration requirements and ensure compatibility for real-world electronic applications.
